REV’IT! Open Search for 2018 Women’s Team Members

REV’IT! is looking for two female adventure riders to join its US ADV Women’s Team in 2018. Applications can be submitted online at http://bit.ly/revitwomen, now through January 31, 2018.
The move to expand the team comes in the wake of a successful inaugural year: REV’IT! announced the addition of an all-female ADV team to its roster in 2017, to underscore its commitment to the growing population of female motorcyclists, and to highlight women’s contributions to the riding community. More than a hundred applications were received from across the United States, with final selections ultimately based on a combination of passion, leadership and riding ability.

REV’IT! women’s team members Erika BeanAmelia Kamrad and Louise Coleen-Powers will return for the 2018 season, for a team total of five (including two new members). They will continue to represent REV’IT! at events across the country, which in 2017 included the IMS circuit, the Bonnier Adventure Rally, dealer events, and dozens of ADV riding events.

Importantly, the team will also continue its product testing program, one which has already yielded feedback to be incorporated into future REV’IT! women’s gear. The program has played an integral role in putting women’s riding needs directly in front of REV’IT! product designers.

“This is an important moment for women in the motorcycling segment, and we want to do our part in bringing female riders’ voices, contributions and needs into the spotlight,” says Tracy Motz, Brand Manager for REV’IT! USA. “The women on this team are motivated, passionate riders, and partnering with them has allowed us to gather crucial product testing data while at the same time elevating their stories. We are looking forward to the evolution of the team in 2018.”

Applications for the REV’IT! women’s team are open to US residents, now through January 31, 2018 at http://bit.ly/revitwomen. For news and updates on the REV’IT! Women’s ADV team, follow along on the brand social channels, @revitsport and facebook.com/revit, or on ADVrider at http://bit.ly/ADVwomen.
